Produced from our middle block and aged for a minimum of 24 months before disgorgement, the Special Cuvée boasts a fine persistent mousse with a joyous mineral nose reveals the Pinot floral notes coming through. A chalky, mineral tang frames a long impeccable and full finish. A complex & utterly seductive fizz!
