Pullus Chardonnay belongs to a line of fresh wines that delight with intense varietal aromatics, pleasant freshness, juiciness and nice rounded body.
Its color is light yellow with a green tint. At the nose we are impressed by the ripe pome fruits, mainly quince, followed by honey tropical fruits, reminiscent of melon and pineapple, while in the background a timber note is discreetly shown, but not prevailing over the gentle bouquet of the wine, as we do not even notice it if not careful, but that is also the purpose. First sip of the wine calls "Juicy!", as the wine is actually juicy.
More extract gives the wine fullness and oily feeling that fills the mouth, which is the result of the 5-month ageing of the wine according to "sur lie" technology!
