Sauvignon Blanc is a delicately aromatic wine. Its gentle fragrance reminds of elder blossoms, dried grass and kiwis and is complemented by the soft aroma of melons and mature pears. It gives a smooth, fresh taste on the palate. It is medium-bodied with a slightly pronounced acidity. Its after-taste invokes the aroma of grapefruits.
