About the vineyard: “My name is Mike Whitney, I am the owner and winemaker at Adoria Vineyards. We produce high quality Chardonnay, Riesling Pinot Noir and handmade traditional method sparkling wines from our vineyards Southwest Poland. When we started 18 years ago, there was no wine industry (it collapsed in the 17th century), so I’m proud to be one of the first winemakers in Poland since the 17th Century.”
