This is a fine example of a beautifully made Chardonnay. The Limoux area is ideally placed to produce the beautiful Chardonnay grape, with its climate which alternates between coolness and summer heat, the clay/limestone soil, the height and age of the vineyards and expert wine-making skills all contribute to this vivid, subtle and very aromatic wine.

Green-gold in colour, it is unoaked, fresh and clean on the pallet.  With a bouquet of white flowers and tropical fruits which carry through to the pallet where pears, melon and even some honey are present.  A full, flavoursome and satisfying wine.
