This dry muscat is aromatic with the freshness of mint, wood and citrus fruit.  We like to call this our "fruit salad" wine because the nose has all the aromas of a bowl of fruit salad, without the sweetness.  Inn the mouth it is full and balanced with an unexpected dry finish. 

A convivial drink best enjoyed very chilled as an aperitif or with asparagus, salads or lightly spiced dishes. 

The French drink this with Foie Gras which it compliments perfectly, but we also recommend it as the perfect partner to a curry or stirfry - nice and cold of course. If you don't like your wine too dry, this one is for you.
