A Single Estate First Flush Darjeeling tea gin from the 2016 harvest and distilled in France, using a London Dry recipe - truly a World Gin!

Darjeeling is known as the "Champagne of teas" valued for its delicate muscatel flavours and aromas.  This single origin Darjeeling 'Exotic Thunder' First Flush has been hand-harvested from the Goomtree Tea Garden in the stunning Kurseoing Valley in West Bengal, India.  This tea produces aromas of apricots with a vibrant palate of white grape and spring flowers.

Produced in an alembic pot-still, with the following botanicals: Juniper, 1st Flush Darjeeling Tea, Lemon, Grapefruit, Coriander, Ginger, Fennel, Cardamom, Cinnamon and Angelica.

Drying and aromatic, with a touch of ginger spiciness alongside the rich, elegant tea notes.  This Gin is a rich infusion of family heritage, aromatic Himalayan tea and exotic Asian spice.

Try with Fever Tree Tonic and a zesting of fresh lemon peel.
