This varietal wine is a perennial favourite and often sells faster than Langlois can produce it. The flavours are of pure raspberry and blackcurrant with a stream of fine bubbles that leaves a good many more illustrious sparkling Rose's standing.
Made by Bollinger in the Loire in the 'methode champagnoise', who more often than not sell out of this wine faster than they can produce it!
