Maronia red wine is produced in Northern Greece, by Tsantalis Winery, made from 100% Mavroudi grape variety. Maronia red wine is a dry and aromatic wine with the grapes being hand-picked mid-September, aged for about 8 months in French oak barrels and further aged at least for 4 months in the bottle. Maronia has deep ruby red color with a bouquet of red fruits and the elegant flavors of vanilla and sweet spices. With ABV 12.7%is ideally paired with red meats and cheeses. Vintage: 2010. Best served at 14 – 18 °C.
