Rapsani Reserve red dry wine of is a PDO (Protected Designation of Origin) wine made in vineyards of Mountain Olympus. Rapsani red wine is produced by the varietal composition of three indigenous Greek varieties Xinomavro (1/3), Krassato (1/3), Stavroto (1/3) and contains ABV 13%. An earthy bowl of juicy blackberries and plums elegantly infused with spices, hints of leather and liquorice, with intense deep purple color, firm tannins and balanced acidity which highlights the rich palate having a luscious finish. Rapsani wine has been matured in oak barrels for at least 12 months. Vintage 2012. Best served at 16 - 18°C.
