Special Martúe is produced by Bodegas Martúe , located in the town of La Guardia ( Toledo). Merlot grapes (29% ), Cabernet Sauvignon ( 32%), Syrah ( 35%) and Malbec ( 4%). Each of the varieties have been fermented separately with long maceration and then the wine has aged for 15 months in French oak barrels (80 %) and American (20 %) oak.
