Introducing Arbikie Chilli Vodka

Arbikie Smoky Chilli Vodka uses Chipotle Chilli’s from Scotland’s first chilli farm, Chillilicious. Fresh chilli’s are soaked in our award winning potato vodka until there is a perfect blend of spice and flavour.

There are no extracts or flavourings in our chilli vodka. We have focused on creating a unique drinking experience that is as much about heat as it is about enjoying the earthy smokiness of the chipotle.

The use of chipotle-smoked jalapenos produces an exquisite smoky hot flavour rather than just a spicy heat. Our chilli vodka is essentially our Tattie Bogle vodka infused with a large teabag of chillies. This is left for two months and is how the natural flavours and colour of the chilli vodka develops. If you are a Bloody Mary fan, our Chilli Vodka is a must!!

About the Distillery

Established in 2014, Arbikie Highland Estate is a single-estate distillery perched on the scenic east coast of Angus. All ingredients for Arbikie spirits are planted, sown, grown and harvested on the farm. Arbikie distillery produces artisan white spirits, Highland Rye Scotch Whisky and single malt whisky. Arbikie has adopted a unique approach to distilling by placing provenance and traceability of ingredients at the heart of the company.

The first spirit to run off the still was a potato vodka using Maris Pipers and King Edwards grown on the farm, which was followed by Kirsty’s Gin in August 2015. By the following month, master distiller Kirsty Black was producing single malt spirit, which will be laid down for a minimum of 14 years before being bottled as whisky. Further innovative products have followed, all using ingredients grown on the farm or in the local area.
