The special ingredient of Amaro Nepèta is nepitella, which gives the liqueur its wild herbaceous notes that can be perceived at the first sip. Another ingredient that defines the essence of the bitter from the Sicilian company of the same name is the PGI Syracuse lemon which is the background to the primary notes, giving a slight bitter hint given by its zest. Artemisia, Citrus and Gentiana are among the other Sicilian bitter herbs used in the infusion, which arise spontaneously on the banks of the stream that crosses the Hyblaean territory. It is these that give the final touch to create an original balance of flavors.

Amaro Nèpeta should be enjoyed fresh or at room temperature for an unusual after meal, as a digestive or in an original and thirst-quenching cocktail.
