VINIFICATION TECHNIQUEGrapes harvested by machine with the latest generation grape harvester. White vinification, soft pressing, temperature-controlled fermentation of clear "Prima Goccia" must, with the addition of selected yeasts. The wine obtained is filtered to avoid secondary fermentation.
