An intense aroma that perfectly combines the fruity and floral notes, particularly apple and stone fruit. Fresh on the palate typical of Albarino with a touch of acidity perfectly balanced with the structure and body of this wine. The Bodegas As Laxas winery is located in the Miño River Valley, in the village of Arbo. The vineyards are over 30 years old and are planted on south-facing granite terraces between 500 and 650 feet. The exceptional micro-climate is characterized by mild temperatures with an annual average of 60ºF, very little frost and abundant rainfall. This micro-climate is ideal for ripening, characterized by higher sugar content and lower acidity level than more northerly areas of Rías Baixas that face more variable climates.

To create dry white wine "Ferrum" Albarino, Rias Baixas DO the producer uses grapes of the Albariño variety. The harvest is harvested when the berries reach the optimum level of ripeness, and only the best and healthiest bunches are selected. At the winery, the fruits are carefully sorted, delicately pressed and vinified. Fermentation is carried out in stainless steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Before bottling, the wine is stabilized at a low temperature and filtered.
