Prosecco is made using the Charmat method which preserves freshness and the flavour of the grapes. The second fermentation therefore takes place in tank instead of in bottle like the traditional method. Cipriano is a frizzante Prosecco which is semi- sparkling so its light, refreshing and the ideal accompaniment to hot days spent in the garden.
