Blended and bottled in Cornwall, Stargazy Cosmic Caramel is an indulgently moreish liqueur that takes rum to another dimension.

Produced by The Rum & Crab Shack, St Ives, Stargazy follows the 2016 launch of their, now ubiquitous, Dead Man's Fingers spiced rum. Developed in response to evolving consumer tastes in the growing UK rum market, and nolo (no or low alcohol) trends of drinking less and better, Stargazy is a perfect balance of aged rum, caramel & Cornish sea salt, with subtle hints of Gorseflower and coconut and an ABV of 22%.

The brand was inspired in equal parts by a 500 year old Cornish legend, historic local links to 20th-century space exploration and a desire to create another accessible modern day Cornish rum product with cult status.

Stargazy is ideal served as a shot, sipped chilled or in an espresso martini.
