A delightful French red that comes from the fabulous winemaking region of Bordeaux. This wine has a bright garnet colour. On the nose, the wine has notes of black fruits and spices. On the palate, the wine is light and supple with a beautiful aromatic expression combining black fruits, liquorice and peppery notes. This wine goes perfectly well with red meat and cheeses. Ideally served at a temperature of 16-17°C.

Origin: To be honest the winemakers don't actually use these antic tools anymore but it's a pretty cool look and a great reminder of their heritage and savoir-faire. This accessible and fruity wine is easily invited at all times of consumption. A rigorous selection of different grape varieties from French regions gives Mallette its unique and authentic character.
