Aged in oak barrels for 18 months, the 1848 7th Generation Cabernet Sauvignon is an Israeli wine thats known for its chewy tannins and long, leisurely finish. Curranty on the nose, the full-bodied wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Pete Sirah and Cabernet Franc.
