La Cantina Pizzolato is an organic estate run by fifth generation winemaker Settimo Pizzolato. The company's philosophy is to work in harmony with the environment and minimise the use of chemicals throughout production. This Prosecco is vegan and organic with less than 10 mg/l SO2. Aromas of fresh apple, peach and acacia flowers jump from the glass. The palate is beautifully balanced with flavours of golden apple and tropical fruits, as well as a refreshing mineral character.
