Tempranillo from older vines giving greater character aged a minimum of 18 months in American and French Oak barrels then a minimum of 12 months in bottle prior to release. It is a deep cherry red colour with aromas of cherry and red berry fruits and licorice, the palate has hints of cherry with spicy berry fruits and vanilla. Drink with grilled or roasted meats, stews and cheeses. Serve between 15-18C
