Wines of Original Certification or WOC (Vína originální certifikace or VOC for short in Czech) are specifically those that have been produced from grapes originating exclusively from vineyards situated in approved areas in given wine region. The winemakers themselves select the specific vineyard sites that are the most suited to the production of VOC wines.
The grapes came from a reduced harvest therefore grapes were under strict control from other WOC winemakers.
SL aged for 24 months in oak and acacia barrels. Wine is sparkly ruby coloured. Pleasant aroma starts with a clean fruity tone and changing into plums and forest fruits. The wine goes well with meaty pasta or well matured cheese.
Taste is soft, creamy and fruity with a nice tannin.
