Echoes of a fresh walk in the Borders piney juniper layered with notes of hawthorn, birch and fir

Made in the 1881 Gin Distillery in the Peebles Hydro, a classic London Dry. They use 12 botanicals, many grown in their gardens, then perfectly blended with natural spring water straight from the Hydro's private source at Shieldgreen in the hills above Peebles

Tasting Note: Forest notes, with pine needles and juniper, oily citrus and subtle woodiness.

ABV 40%

Perfect Serve:

1. Pour a 25ml or 35ml measure of 1881 London Dry Hydro gin on top of the ice
2. Garnish the glass with a fresh or dried disc of pink grapefruit
3. Add two twists of fresh pink grapefruit zest in the glass
4. Pour the desired Tonic 81 tonic
