About The Wine
The lion's share of the Labégorce estate was sold in 1795 and handed down generation-by-generation to Gustave Zédé, a man who designed France's first submarine. Gustave and his brother, an admiral of the French navy, added their surname to the name of the property. Having been sold again several times, it was brought back into the Labégorce estate in 2005, with the Zédé monicker disappearing. Since 2009 the production of the vineyard has been included in Château Labégorce. Please be advised that deliveries outside mainland UK may incur additional charges.
