About The Wine
Among the largest vineyards of the Médoc, Lascombes covers 112 hectares. It was founded by the Chevalier de Lascombes and was since owned by Alexis Lichine, who gave his name to Château Prieuré Lichine, also in Margaux. Lascombes is now owned by an American private equity group which has been investing heavily so that the vineyard can produce the best possible wine.
