Born in the small town of Mogege in the heart of the Vinho Verde region in Portugal and nurtured by the team at Casal de Ventozela, a family run independent business that own a small 27 hectares of vineyard.
It's easy drinking, crisp, light-bodied, packed with peach, citrus zest and pear. Tradition would have us suggest a food pairing and while we say you can drink it with whatever (and whenever!) you like, it goes especially well with fish, vegetarian food and savoury snacks.
Oh, and what's in a name? A Bowl Grabber?!? That's someone who holds their glass by the bowl, not the stem. A faux pas I hear you say?!? Well, we're for people who love enjoying great wine not endlessly discussing etiquette!
