Since 1829, Bollinger has been producing great Chamapanges with a powerful, sophisticated and complex style. Known for their uncompromising ethos, the majority of Bollinger's production is made using their own grapes, and most of these are fermented in barrel to help create the rich house style.

B13, Bollinger 2013, is a limited-edition Blanc de Noirs. Just 5 Crus were chosen for the cuvée of which 92% are Grand Crus and 8% Premiers Crus. A beautiful golden colour, the nose is rich and complex, opening with notes of ripe fruit and almond, leading to aromas of mirabelle plum and peach. B13 provides generous and elegant flavours of pear, fresh almonds and tarte Tatin on the palate, marked by the chiselled mineral expression of Pinot Noir, which adds citrus and candied lemon notes. B13 has velvety persistence with a saline hint on the finish.
