Cherry-coloured with an intense fruity bouquet that comes from our best Syrah. Notes of strawberry, cherry, raspberry and pomegranate. In ones mouth, the wine is fresh with a pleasant acidity and balanced tannins. Its certainly not a wine for undecided palates.Vinification in white with maceration of the skin for 12 hours, the grapes are later soft pressed and fermented at a controlled temperature of 18-20° for 15 days.Beef, Lamb, Spicy food, CheeseGiumarella and Cutaja are the names of the family vineyards from where the wines come from. A total of 120 hectares located in the inland of the Trapani province. An old Baglio built-in 1904 in the heart of the traditional Marsalas wine-cellar area, is the home of Caruso & Minini.
