On the nose, red fruits dominate, typical of Sangiovese, with hints of citrus and sage characteristic of the Vermentino grape. The palate is fresh with a long finish.

An elegant Rose that comes from a blend of both Sangiovese from Montalcino and Vermentino from the coast. The structure and intensity of the red grape is balanced by the verve of Vermentino. This wine is characterised by its aroma and complexity.

Castello Banfi was founded in 1978 by the Mariani family, Italian-Americans who had been involved in wine importing and distribution since 1919.
