This wine has a limpid, brilliant golden colour and a zesty bouquet of lemons and white flowers. It is flavoursome upon tasting with well developed flavours of lemon and grapefruit as well as green apples and pears this is all beautifully balanced by a delicate saline minerality with a fresh clean finish which is typical of its Kimmeridgian terroir. The wine can be served as an aperitif or with oystered or prawns, country sausage or goats cheese.
