About the distillery
Chase Distillery is a family-owned, British Field to Bottle distillery, creating award-winning spirits from their farm in Herefordshire. William Chase set up the distillery in 2008 to challenge the status quo in the white spirits industry; to provide transparency and provenance. Each bottle of Chase Vodka and GB Gin is distilled from scratch, using 250 potatoes grown on their farm around the distillery. This approach, entirely from field to bottle, really makes Chase different and it is something you can taste in their spirits.
