Straw yellow colour with silvery green reflections, of a beautiful brightness and limpidity, as well as some tears. The nose immediately expresses aromas of fruit with white and yellow flesh (pear, vine peach, quince, apricot) with notes of small white prairie flowers. To these characteristics of the grape variety are added lemon scents and a mineral dimension (Flint, iodine, oyster shells). Its a specific nose that goes straight to the nose. On the palate it is a very young wine, straight, with a certain tension and a lively and teasing spirit. In evolution, beautiful bone structure with a well-scented fleshy material that is always counterbalanced by this relatively pleasant hint of nervousness. The whole is fine, dynamic and still a bit spirited, with a finish where we find these lemony and saline notes.
Chablis quite rich and corpulent that one imagines on a creamy white poultry. Chablis can be very well combined with appetizers, starters, main dishes, cheeses or desserts.
