One of the best sparklers that I think we have tasted to date. A beautiful middle-golden colour, with an explosion of pineapple, lemon, honeysuckle and green apple on the nose. The palate is similar, with a beautiful balance of pettilant bubbles and a fresh, light mouthfeel.
