Decanterino explained by founder and architect Carlo Benati: "Decanterino is one of our adventures where we mixed innovation, Italian design, craftsmanship and love for the beautiful things. I was dining at a restaurant chatting with a dear friend of mine while observing for the umpteenth time the sommelier serving the wine. It was at this moment I strongly felt the desire to have a “ready to drink” wine, and the diners’ desire of rituality and celebration, observing them turning their glasses to oxygenate the wine, whilst watching the sommelier carrying out his duties during table service.”
