Refosco by Dario Coos winery in Friuli is a ruby red wine with deep purple tinges, fruity notes of wild blackberry and cherry mingle with oral, sometimes grassy notes with dried fruit in the background.

Refosco is medium-bodied and rm with an attractively bitter nish on a palate. Ages very well can be served slightly chilled. This versatile Italian red wine goes well with many different dishes including red sh and lean meat.
