Dosaggiozero is disgorged without the addition of sugar within the liqueur dexpédition. Sharp, austere, crisp, structured, complex and with astounding freshness regardless of the extended ageing on lees.

Made from 70% chardonnay, 30% pinot noir grapes, exclusively from Santus vineyards.
