From Black to White is luminous, with greenish and pale yellow highlights and impressive glycerol-derived viscosity. On the nose, the wine expresses delicate notes of a spring wildflower, fruit, and country herbs; acacia, primrose, golden delicious apple, pink grapefruit, mint, vanilla, elderflower. On the palate, it is seductive, rich, complex, tangy, minerally, very lengthy.

Ideal food pairing includes shellfish, risotto and asparagus, chard, and soups, also excellent as an aperitif wine.
