Le Limozin is found next to the 1er cru vineyards in Meursault, some say it should be one, this wine shows why.
In 1968 Georges' son Regis joined him and continuing their commitment to making the best wines they could these two were able to buy land in some of the best vineyards in the Cotes d'Or namely Pommard "Les Vignots", Pommard "Les Charmots" and Beaune 1er Cru "Les Greves".
It was in the early 1980's that Regis Parigot moved the estate to a purpose build winery which provides optimum conditions and allowing the continued quest for excellence. This was reflected in the many good press reviews and various awards earned both in France, the UK and elsewhere around the world.
The estate continued to grow. In the 1990's the estate added plots in Pommard "Les Epenots", Pommard "Clos de la Chaniere" and vines in the Clos St Jean in order to produce Chassagne Montrachet 1er Cru.
In 2004 Alexandre Parigot joined his father at the domaine,. He has inherited his father's passion and talent for producing high quality Burgundy wines. In 2011 Alexandre was awarded the trophy for being one of the best young winemakers in the Burgundy area.
Today the domaine produces wine from Meloisey, Pommard, Meursault, Volnay, Chassagne, Savigny-les-Beaune and Beaune.
