It is situated near the old church of St. Christophe-des-Bardes, on the St. Emilion plateau - and is owned by the Bouyer-Arteau family.In the VineyardThe vineyard has gravel and clay soil with a proportion of iron-rich deposits.In the Winery90 - 100% destemming (so sometimes fermented with a few stems left on for extra tannin), the grapes are left on the skins for three weeks during vinification.
