A crisp and spicy dry white with delicate floral aromas and hints of fennel and white peach. Medium bodied and fresh with zesty citrus fruit flavours and lightly tropical hints balanced by good acidity and with spicy, mineral notes on the finish. The grapes are sourced from 10-15 year old vines in the Murgia zone of central Puglia. The vineyards here, between 450 and 500m altitude, are known for producing excellent whites - the sand and limestone soil is well suited to the production of fresh, aromatic wines
