From the cooler 2014 vintage, this has vibrant citrus fruit, complex minerality and poise. It is a truly good example of a traditional white Burgundy and a delicious food accompaniment. Girouettes are weather vains to be found on the numerous church spires typical of the Mconnais. The vineyards are on south-east facing slopes, a prime site at the foothills of Solutr opposite Vergisson.
