Tempus Two Semillon Sauvignon blanc sources its grapes from two premium regions of Hunter valley and Adelaide Hills. Zesty citrus aromas and flavours of the semillon marrying with the more cool climate crisp aromatics of the sauvignon blanc produced a livley blend. A delicious wine which is only 11.5% vol of alcohol.The Tempus Two philosophy is to take the variety from the region it performs the best in, in this case Hunter Val ley Semillon and Adelaide Hills Sauvignon Blanc. The Semi llon and Sauvignon Blanc were processed separately but both harvested at night to keep the grapes cool . They are thenpressed immediately, the juice clarified and fermented wi th an aromatic strain of yeast . All of these processes ensure the pure aromas and flavours of these aromatic grape varieties are retained and consequent ly fully express themselves in the wine.
