Rich tropical fruit and vanilla aromas. On the palate it is subtle and soft, with a perfect balance of fruit flavors and citrus acidity. Triade as its name suggests is made from a blend of three grapes varieties, Fiano, Greco and Falangina sourced from low yielding vineyards in the provence of Avelino in Campania. The three wines and vinified separately and then blended together with 20% of each wine being fermented and aged in French oak for 45 days. It is then blended with the rest of the wine to make the final blend. The oak is not that evident on the palate but adds structure and texture to the wine.
