Bodegas Milenium was founded in the 1960s by Manule Vazquez who set up this winery in the beautiful Galician countryside in north-western Spain. The new, state-of-the-art winery is very different from its humble origins but Manuel's philosophy of what makes good wine - work, love and common sense - is still very much in evidence of the delicious wine that is produced.

Serving temperature:  Vina Mariposa is best served just below room temperature, between 13 to 14°C, it is a medium-bodied wine so this temperature creates a greater mouthfeel and helps to balance the acidity.
