Creamy caramel flavours don’t come better than this: a divine tange of our original English rum, blended with old fashioned caramelised sugars.

The rich caramel notes complements the finesse of our small batch rum, from the copper pot stills in our distillery, made from scratch with pure, treacly molasses. Gorgeous notes of sticky toffee pudding, with a hint of Christmas cake and a silky smooth mouthfeel. Sip our Caramel Rum Liqueur neat, in or alongside your favourite dessert; or slip it into your espresso or flat white for a spot on drink.

Weve been making rum since 2012, and since then weve learned a thing or two about capturing great flavours through distillation. We double distil our pure molasses and co distil with English oak to marry together treacly caramel notes with oaken depth. Add in a finely balanced blend of caramels and sugar, and you have a sumptuous liqueur that does justice to its fine English rum base.

Caramel Apple
50ml Caramel Rum Liqueur
100ml sparkling apple juice

Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add Caramel Rum Liqueur and sparkling apple juice and stir. Garnish with a slice of apple and a cinnamon stick.

A refreshing drink that packs plenty of gorgeous caramel flavour. You can add as much or as little sparkling apple juice as you like. If drinking neat, you can serve chilled from the fridge, over ice, or with a small pinch of sea salt.
