A delightfully summery gin, using East of England Victoria plums and our highly awarded Dr. J’s Gin. The fruit is distilled, macerated and sous vide (slow-cooked) with the gin, before being blended together.

Jam-packed with flavour, with soft plum skins on the nose, intertwined with fresh citrus gin lift, offering a refreshingly smooth mouthfeel. Serve over ice with some split fresh sage, or with a tipple of tonic.

Another fine English fruit that is often underappreciated but no less delicious. Weve used our distilling expertise to grab the flavours we want from Victoria plums on three levels: distilling, infusing and sous vide (slow cooking) with our exuberant gin. Delicate plum on the nose, with a luscious mouthfeel and gorgeous plum flavour, aided by the orange & lemon zests distilled into the gin base.

Plum & Tonic
50ml Plum Gin Liqueur
50ml slimline tonic water

Fill a lowball glass with ice. Add Plum Gin Liqueur, top up with tonic water and stir.

You can add tonic water to taste: theres enough flavour in the liqueur to adjust as you like. Slimline works best to keep the plum flavours. You can also sip Plum Gin Liqueur neat; especially when partnered with a cheese board.
