Our Rhubarb Gin Liqueur is distilled seasonally, selecting the freshest East of England small patch rhubarb for the main ingredient. The fruit is distilled, macerated and sous vide (slow cooked) with one of our highly regarded Dr J’s Gin.

Think mouth-watering rhubarb crumble on the nose; with snapping rhubarb acidity, balanced with light English sugar on the palate; and a perfumed finish. Serve chilled over ice, or with a refreshing tonic and a thick slice of fresh ginger.

Cocktail Recipe

We believe that fresh rhubarb and gin are best matched as a liqueur: the combo of sugar and gin carry the flavours beautifully. Truly exquisite thanks to our superb gin as a base: distilled, infused and sous vide (slow cooked) to grab maximum flavour. Think rhubarb crumble rather than rhubarb n custard: bright and fresh rhubarb on the nose, with taste balanced between rhubarb acidity and sweetness.

25ml Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
Champagne or Prosecco

Add a measure of Rhubarb Gin Liqueur to your bubbly: yes, its good enough for Champagne.

Like all of our fruit gin liqueurs, this works beautifully in sparkling wine. You can enjoy it neat by serving over ice, or adding tonic if you like: you can even add some to your G&T for a rhubarb flavour turbocharge.

Rhubarb Spritz
50ml Rhubarb Gin Liqueur
25ml Dry Vermouth
Cold sparkling water or Prosecco
Rhubarb stick, garnish

Combine all the ingredients (except the water or prosecco) with ice and shake well. Strain into lowball glass, add 2 ice cubes and top with sparkling water or prosecco. Garnish with a rhubarb twist.
