Only the finest Chardonnay grapes are selected for our Blanc de Blancs. Light golden in colour, with vivid, fine bubbles, this wine ripe green apple, kiwi fruit and greengage plum aromas on the nose, which give way to deliciously youthful flavours of lemon curd, mandarin, pink grapefruit and white melon on the palate creating a long, vibrant and creamy finish. A fresh zesty acidity, rich mouthfeel and a long finish mean the wine is still youthful and very approachable today, but one that will continue to gain complexity. The acidity in the wine makes it a perfect pairing for Dover sole, scallops, fish and chips.
