Grappa Harmonium is a Riserva from the Firriato winery with a Mediterranean character, ready to surprise. It does so at the end of a meal with fruit or semifreddi; it is particularly interesting paired with chocolate with a maximum 70% cocoa content, citrus-flavoured chocolate and torroncini.

Harmonium comes from a blend of spirits from different vintages. It is a grappa of great aromatic intensity and persuasive softness. It has an extremely clear antique gold colour, guaranteed by its long ageing in small carats. Its bouquet is delicate, typically Mediterranean, with sweet nuances of orange blossom, dates and sultanas.

The complexity of this grappa and the essence of wood help give it the identity of a great distillate. Harmonium Firriato is as vigorous and noble in soul as its land, whose sunshine and warmth it retains: to be enjoyed at a temperature between 18 and 20°C.
