Feudi del Pisciotto's Grillo is a Sicily DOC white wine with a clear and recognisable personality, easily appreciated at the table. Its qualities, indicative of a typically Sicilian character, enhance the flavours of medium-aged cheeses and sliced fish dishes such as tuna and swordfish.
This Feudi del Pisciotto white wine is made from the grapes of the same name; Grillo is probably still among the lesser-known grape varieties in Sicily, but, like the other white grapes, this variety boasts truly precious characteristics.
The wine is warm and dry in the mouth, slightly tannic and with a citric aroma. It has a rich aromatic profile with notes of pear and apple. Feudi del Pisciotto's Grillo is a confirmation of the oenological art of this company, part of the Domini Castellare di Castellina project.
We recommend serving the Grillo white wine at a temperature between 10 and 12 °C.
